I have been there. 


My luck of self-care, toxic thoughts, and an effort to be a perfect mum got me to suffering from depression. I was even suicidal at times. This was something you - trust me - do not ever want to experience. (and I hope you haven't!)


You love your children, but you want more time for yourself. You want to be more confident. You want to lead a stress-free life.  


You're just not sure how to do it.

With being a postnatal depression survivor, certified NLP practitioner and NLP life coach, and years of experience in supporting other women, I am here to help you achieve what you want and guide you on 

this journey.

So how does it work?


We start with a free phone call where you describe your problem and/or your goal. We will get to know each other and see if we are a good fit. We will then schedule our first session! This is your time to be happy so the more I get to know you and your goal, the brighter the results will be. 

At the end of our first session, I will suggest further steps and tailor the solution 

that will be life-changing for you.



My One-to-One Coaching is bespoke to you and is completely tailored to your needs and desires.
I use a combination of coaching and mentoring to help you achieve your goals.

Here's what your one-to-one program includes:


£5,000 | 6 months of support


• 2 x 1/2 day intensives (in person or on zoom)

• 11 x 45-minute coaching sessions to focus your attention and your action

• Fortnightly catch-up phone call for those moments when you want clarity quickly

• Private email access to me for questions that arise between sessions

• 6 months access to my membership

PhDr. IVANA POKU is an award-nominated blogger, founder of Mumsjourney, certified NLP life coach, author of ‘Motherhood – The Unspoken‘, mum of twin boys, wife to an amazing husband, and a believer in every mother’s power to achieve anything she desires. 


Originally from Slovakia, Ivana moved to England at the age of 29. After becoming a mother, she suffered major postnatal depression. 


But sadly, she soon understood she was not the only one struggling. Even if things don't go as far as depression, being a mother is the hardest job and every stage of motherhood is challenging in a different way. 


After she'd pulled out of depression, Ivana set up Mumsjourney and now helps and supports mums from around the world and helps them achieve their goals and live a phenomenal life.
