Hi, I’m Ivana!

I’m the founder of Mumsjourney, author of Motherhood – The Unspoken, and an award-winning mentor.

I’m also a mum who has walked through deep postnatal depression, self-doubt, and the fear that I’d never feel like myself again.

    

I know what it’s like to smile on the outside while falling apart inside.

And I know that motherhood doesn’t have to (and shouldn’t) break you to shape you.

Today, I support mums to become the kind of woman they respect, admire, and feel proud of.
