Hi, I’m Ivana!
Iām the founder of Mumsjourney, author of Motherhood ā The Unspoken, and an award-winning mentor.
But before any of that, Iām a mum who once felt completely lost in motherhood.
After giving birth to my twins in 2016, I experienced severe postnatal (postpartum) depression.
It was the worst time of my life.
I struggled silently for almost a year… I was smiling on the outside while falling apart on the inside.
But through that journey, I learned something powerful:
Motherhood doesnāt have to (and shouldn’t be) filled with stress, exhaustion, and sacrificing your life.Ā

It should be an extension of your life, not the core of it.
Today, I help mums move out of survival mode and into becoming the mums of their dreams.
