When was the last time you felt like you?
Not just “mum”.
Not just the one holding everything together.
But you.
I’m so excited to invite you to my very first live event: BACK TO YOU, MAMA LIVE.

Going through postnatal depression and working with mums for years has taught me one thing:
Too many mums are struggling quietly.
Doing everything for everyone else…
but feeling exhausted, overwhelmed, and like they’ve lost themselves in the process.
Maybe you:
- Say yes when you really want to say no
- Do everything for everyone else, and put your needs last
- Hold back from doing what feels right for you, for fear of being judged as a “bad mum”
- Feel guilty when you rest, or do something just for you
- Feel like you’ve lost yourself in motherhood
- Feel exhausted or like you’re running on empty
If any of this (or all of it) sounds like you, you’re not alone.
And it definitely doesn’t have to stay this way.
At “Back to YOU mama, LIVE”, I’ll show you how to change it (it’s actually easier than you think).
What can you expect?
This is not another parenting workshop.
I’m not here to give you theory or general tips you’ve heard many times before.
I’m here to give you simple, proven tools that will help you put yourself first without guilt – and become an even better mum because of it.
You will learn how to:
Let go of the pressure to do everything “perfectly”
Feel confident in your choices (and stop worrying what others think)
Prioritise yourself without guilt
Reconnect with the woman you are outside of motherhood
Make space for your own happiness again (or for the first time ever)
Meet and connect with like minded mums
and more!
Your investment

This isn’t just an event, it’s a movement. Mums standing up and saying, “I matter.”

Meet Your Host
Hey! I’m Ivana Poku, a mum of three boys (including twins), the author of Motherhood – The Unspoken, founder of Mumsjourney, speaker, and award-winning mentor, on a mission to create a world where mums don’t struggle in silence.
After my twins were born in 2016, I struggled with severe postnatal depression. It was the worst experience of my life. On the outside, I appeared happy, but inside, I was falling apart.

Over the years, I realised that too many mums feel the same way – overworked, unseen, and living on autopilot – yet society rarely talks about it. When I understood this, I knew I had to make a difference.
I started my blog, Mumsjourney, to support mums and show them they’re not alone. In 2019, I published Motherhood – The Unspoken, a book that reveals the untold truths about motherhood, shares real-life stories from different first time mums, and gives new mums plenty of reassurance that they’re not alone in what they’re experiencing.
Since then, I have run workshops and events – online and in person – showing mums how to stop the struggle and feel like themselves again. My works has been featured in various media outlets including BBC, Forbes, Telegraph, The Guardian, and many others.
My approach is rooted in empathy, real life experience, and practical tools. I believe every mum deserves to feel seen, valued, and supported.
BACK TO YOU, MAMA is my way of giving mums the space and encouragement to put themselves first and be the mums they want to be.
